Non-trending specialties such as EMS the Ambulance for transportation ( I see so many positions available), laboratory, or radiology. Seek for job titles such as front desk,  payment poster, and/or accounts receivable. I will use myself as an example, I took a billing course and completed it, then applied for a Unit Secretary position at a hospital. I applied to that position,  just to gain experience in the medical field and got hired.  Within three months of working there, I applied for a billing position (payment poster) and got hired. Go in the direction of being exposed to the industry, and you never know where this career can lead you. As long as you maintain your certification, you will have a positive outcome. Be optimistic, with this career the money will come with the amount of experience you gain. The opportunities are endless.......... Good luck with your search!
